It’s been 15 years since John Denver passed away, but his music still lives on.
John Denver: The Music is You, due out in February, is a tribute to some of the artist’s biggest hits like “Leaving on a Jet Plane,” “I Guess He’d Rather Be In Colorado”and “Annie’s Song.”
The album features cover by artists like Train, Dave Matthews and Brandi Carlile trying her hand at “Take Me Home, Country Roads.”
A portion of the record’s proceeds will be used to benefit environmental initiatives in John’s name.
